Born 1952, Denmark.

I am originally educated as an architect and designer at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, but has mainly worked as a photographer for the last 6 years!

I spend a lot of time talking with the “model” before taking the first shot! It’s about making the individual feel calm and relaxed in front of the camera, but also finding out who the person you are going to portray is as a person!
Even though I shoot a lot of nude art, it is still important for me to reveal the personality of the person that are posing in the nude.
I very often don’t know what the outcome will be of a shooting until the end -and that’s the beauty about taking pictures of people -not two people are alike!
I think that it is all about psychology, chemistry and empathy -and not so much the technical skills of the photographer.
