Tristan is the founder of Shoot The Frame, a global photography awards platform celebrating exceptional portrait, landscape, and wildlife imagery since 2012. With a deep appreciation for storytelling through photography, he brings over a decade of experience judging, curating and showcasing visual talent from around the world. Beyond Shoot The Frame, he works across projects in product design, innovation, and education.

Tomasz Trzebiatowski is a photographer, classical pianist, and editor based in Switzerland. He is the founder and editor-in-chief of FRAMES magazine, an international quarterly publication dedicated to photography, and the creator of FujiLove, a leading global platform for Fujifilm photographers. Through his publishing ventures, newsletters, podcasts, and YouTube channels, he has built a vibrant international community around thoughtful photographic practice. His work explores the intersections of art, culture, and storytelling, while also advocating for photography as a meaningful and enduring form of expression.

Julia Martin is an interdisciplinary artist and writer based in Montreal. With an MFA in Visual Arts and a BFA in Photography, her work has been exhibited across Canada, China, France, and Finland, including multiple artist residencies. She has taught at the University of Ottawa, served on art juries, and has fifteen years of experience as a freelance photographer.
Julia's own artistic practice could best be described as "sad stories punctuated by jokes."
Though sometimes it's the other way around.

Marcel Kollen is a photographer from Rotterdam. Besides his visual practice, he is a renowned entrepreneur in the cultural life of Rotterdam. He organized festivals such as World Press Photo, National Geographic and led projects for Kunsthal Rotterdam and Het Nieuwe Instituut, among others. In 2015, he initiated Rotterdam Photo to generate a wider stage and support for national and international photographers during Art Rotterdam Week. He likes to create new activities for image-makers and wants to propagate image culture in all its facets in the Rotterdam region.

Tricia has spent the majority of her career at top-tier advertising agencies across the US—from boutique shops like Crispin, Leagas Delaney, and StrawberryFrog to global networks such as Y&R and Innocean. Along the way, she’s collected her share of Lions, Pencils, Bowls, and other industry accolades. Outside the office, she has illustrated children’s books, co-founded a bakery, and helped launch start-ups. Now based in Taiwan, Tricia serves as Global Marketing Director at ViewSonic, leading a team of 70+ professionals focused on the company’s global marketing transformation—blending creative direction with data-driven strategy to fuel growth, elevate brand presence, and support key verticals worldwide.
