Salt Dive

The smell of salt, pervaded the several Summers I had spent in Virginia, carried by the cool ocean breeze. I still remember it to this day, the feeling that it invoked. The day I took this photo, was like many others, I had the spare time to take a slow stroll along the beach, dig my toes into the sand, and enjoy what nature had blessed me with. Different from my usual routine, I brought my camera, and ended up stumbling upon a flock of gulls. Some were fighting over food scraps, some were just strutting around the sands. Their different activities were fascinating to me, how could I have never payed attention to something like this? Something so simple, one of nature's many miracles.
