"Regal" Rare White Peacock

I encountered these rare white peacocks in the park when the light was just perfect nearing the end of the day. The sun was setting early on a cool November day. I had heard of these majestic birds but had not encountered them until this moment. They were basking in the warm sun and carefree as they were preening. The high contrast of the low sun against a dark backdrop of trees cast the background into black, highlighting the beauty and magnificence of these beautiful birds.
