Shivering in the cold

Photographed by Leslie Geffen

I saw this flower illuminated in the lights of the Descanso Garden Holiday Light Show. It was 46 degrees that night. I was shivering from the cold and it seemed to me that the flower was too! I decided to try to capture that feeling in my photo, slowing my shutter speed but maintaining clarity and color.
