Childhood simplicity

This is Peter, my neighbor and friend's son. Peter has almost zero problems in life infact his only issues come from when he wants to eat and doesn't find food and when he wants to play and is not permitted. Peter's mom on the other hand goes sometimes for days without sleep because of hustling while his dad works extra hard to make sure his family has daily bread. This is Africa Cameroon to be precise where we are plagued with a deadly political crises threatening to become a genocide, due to all these the economy is going down and cost of leaving keeps skyrocketing but in all these issues the only thing Peter is interested in is enjoying life and the simple things that come with it like playing in the dirt and this inspires me, I guess what I'm saying is in the midst of all the hardship life throws at us, when ever we get the chance we should sit back and catch our breaths, in doing so we gather the energy to keep going.
