Sandvisbaai

The areas around Sandvisbaai, or Sandwich Bay, are onlytraversable by permit carrying 4x4 warriors. You need to be very familiar with dune-driving, and knowing the difference between a descendable steep decline you've driven before, or a sheer and possibly fatal drop. The dunes around Sandwich Bay in Namibia stretch for hundreds of kilometers along the Atlantic Ocean. Some of these dunes reach heights of over 100 meters. You can only really show the immense scale of these by the tiny specs of 4x4s in the distance. Sandwich Bay used to be a port, but the former harbour has slowly dissappeared back into the sand and sea. Nature's taking it back.
