Dart Combat

by Mrinal Sen

In the stillness of the marsh, two oriental darters clashed, their beaks clashing like swords. Feathers flew as they spiraled, each defending its turf with fervor. Sunlight caught their iridescence as they dueled fiercely, until one yielded, conceding victory to the other in the silent battleground of nature.
