I met Leticia when she was begging for money in the Plaza across from the Cathedral in Santiago de Cuba. She agreed to allow me to make a few photos of her in exchange for the money she needed to treat her rare skin disease. Cuba has a free medical delivery system for its citizens but prescriptions/medications are not free.
