A Primeval Moment

Driving north on Highway 85 just shy of the Wyoming border my breath left me. There before me lay this primeval landscape. It all seemed to work together: the muted sun, the majestic spray of clouds...even the plowed furrows set almost at diagonal across the frame fading away to low-lying snow capped mountains beyond.
