Lone Lookout
I went out with a group of photographer friends to shoot the sunset at Mesquite Flats Sand Dunes in Death Valley and we all went our separate ways. After about an hour of wandering the endless sands of the dunes, I realized that I was all alone and hadn't seen anyone for quite some time. When I saw this view of the large dune set against the setting sun, with a lone person at the top looking out over the dunes, it felt like we were the only two people in the whole park. A truly eerie feeling.
