This Is The Way

Photographed by Mark Hetherington

This is one of my favourite locations in the Lake District but I had never captured the Milky Way here. Clear skies in the UK have been so rare in the UK in 2024 so as soon as the forecast looked good I had no hesitation staying up until 1am in the morning to capture this shot and BOOM I was chuffed with this image.
