Sam the Neighborhood Song Sparrow, Evening Portrait

Out of all of the birds in my neighborhood, this song sparrow, a spunky fellow whom I've affectionately named "Sam", trusts me the most. Sam has seen me with my camera so much that he seemingly takes a moment to pose for the camera. This in particular is a lucky evening portrait shot of Sam posed calmly on a spring twig. He looked so radiant in the sunlight!
