If The Wind Lingers
Photographed by Mario Wong
If The Wind Lingers is a series investigates the act of slowing down in an era defined by social acceleration. Grounded in the experience of displacement, the series employs soft focus and muted tones to capture nature’s quiet rhythms, refusing the society of the spectacle and the immediacy of consumption. By obscuring sharp details, the work suggests that solitude is not a withdrawal, but a necessary form of resistance. This constructs a visual refuge where sensitivity is reframed as strength, allowing the viewer to reclaim agency over their temporal experience.
